📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns must be authorized before sending. Please contact us first at makeabac@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions for sending your item back.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🧾 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
💳 Please note: Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

🔄 Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
All returned items must be in original condition as described above.
