I bought this owl camera for my backyard and I love it. It glows softly at night, which actually looks nice and doesn’t scare the birds away. Video is clear both day and night, and the motion alerts notify me immediately if anything moves around the yard. Very discreet and decorative at the same time—works better than I expected.

The idea is clever and it does work, but it’s really best suited for fixed indoor spaces. I originally wanted to use it in a rental unit with a smart light setup, but it doesn't fit well with modern fixtures. Also, the app interface could be more intuitive. Not terrible, just not as versatile as I hoped.
