At first, I had a bit of trouble figuring it out (it’s actually very easy — I’m just not the best with gadgets 😅), but I reached out to customer support and they were amazing! The idea of this item is so over the top it works perfectly is well thought out, perfect for carry in any and all places and having a backup power supply to charge your phone or any device that accepts USB charging ports easy to use controls very simple and quick to use. Recording is a breeze no fumbling very well thought out I cannot say more praises about this charging camera bank.
